Returns & Warranty

RETURNS

30-day UK returns

We back every order with a 30-day return window — well beyond the legal minimum — because you should be able to try equipment properly before deciding it’s right for you.

Change of mind

Returning something you’ve changed your mind about

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund. If you’ve simply changed your mind, return postage is your own responsibility — we cover return postage only for items that arrive faulty, damaged or wrong (see Warranty & faulty goods below). To qualify for a change-of-mind refund, items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition — this matters most for rubbers, which can’t be re-sold once peeled from their protective film and applied to a blade.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and which item(s) you’re returning. We’ll confirm the process and where to send it.

Your legal rights

Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a minimum, UK law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back once you’ve told us you’re cancelling. Our 30-day policy above is more generous than this legal minimum and applies automatically — there’s no need to separately invoke your statutory right unless you prefer to.

Faulty or damaged items

Warranty & faulty goods

If something arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply: a right to a repair, replacement or refund, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Manufacturer warranty terms can vary by product — tell us what’s happened and we’ll sort out the right outcome with you rather than sending you in circles.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within a few working days and no later than 14 days after we receive the item back.

Common questions

Do I pay for return postage if I’ve just changed my mind?

Yes — for a change-of-mind return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, return postage is your responsibility. This is different from a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, where your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we handle the return with you directly.

What’s the difference between a change-of-mind return and a faulty item return?

A change-of-mind return falls under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: you have 30 days from delivery, the item needs to be unused and in resaleable condition, and return postage is on you. A faulty, damaged or incorrect item falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 instead, giving you a right to a repair, replacement or refund, including a short-term right to reject within 30 days of delivery.

How long do I have to return an item if I’ve changed my mind?

30 days from delivery — more generous than the 14-day legal minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition, which matters most for rubbers once they’ve been peeled from their protective film and applied to a blade.

How long does it take to get my refund once I’ve returned an item?

Once we’ve received your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within a few working days and no later than 14 days after we receive the item back.
