These are the terms you agree to when you place an order with Loki UK at lokisport.co.uk. Please read them alongside our Returns & Warranty, UK Shipping, and Privacy Policy pages, which cover some of this in more detail.
Who we are
Loki UK (lokisport.co.uk) sells table tennis equipment to customers in the UK. You can reach us any time via our contact form.
Products, descriptions & pricing
We describe every product as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specification and, where available, our own testing — see individual product pages for what’s manufacturer spec versus Loki UK testing versus customer review. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to display settings and natural material variation.
All prices are shown in GBP. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a genuine pricing error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you before proceeding — you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
How a contract is formed
Adding items to your basket and checking out is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We’ll email you an order confirmation once payment has been taken — a contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation, or when we dispatch your order, whichever is sooner. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item turns out to be out of stock or a pricing error is found), in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. We don’t see or store your full card details — see our Cookie Policy for how Stripe’s own cookies work. Full payment is required before we dispatch your order.
Delivery
See our UK Shipping page for delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — we’ll let you know as soon as possible if something’s going to be significantly delayed.
Your right to cancel
Full detail is on our Returns & Warranty page, including your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our own more generous 30-day policy.
One exception: items assembled or configured to your specification — for example, a bat built through our free Custom Bat Assembly & Edge Tape service (or, in future, Build My Bat), with your choice of blade, rubbers, thickness and rubber placement — are made to order. Once assembly has started, these can’t be returned under the standard right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-specification goods are excluded from that right. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply in full.
Club & Coach pricing
Where a club or coach price is shown on a product, it applies to members of our Club & Coach Programme. We may ask you to confirm your club or coaching affiliation before honouring programme pricing.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, graphics and logos — belongs to Loki UK or is used with permission, and shouldn’t be copied or reused without asking us first. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our liability
We’re liable for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting negligently, but not for losses that aren’t foreseeable, or for business losses if you’re a consumer buying for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t legally be limited or excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a dispute can’t be resolved directly with us, you can also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or the UK courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
